Hasliberg, Switzerland
At the ninth Kaleido retreat in Hasliberg, with Patrick Böhni, I created an intimate outdoor installation that evoked the Navarasa, the nine emotional states, or rasas, in South Asian art repertoires, attributed to the 10th century scholar Bharata Muni. Participants were invited to retreat within the Retreat, so as to explore inwardly and express outwardly with sense-activating items placed in the Cocoon. This video is an artistic response to the installation by Dr. Will Sawyer.
